Is my Personal Information Secure?
Yes, we take the security of your personal information very seriously. When you fill in your contact details in our forms, we only use it for the purposes of facilitating your safaris, after which it is automatically deleted. Your information is never shared with third-parties.

Clients are advised to have valid travel documents to avoid the inconveniences thereof.
How long does booking reservation take?
After booking your safari, reservation is done within 5 minutes, and our team will contact you to confirm the reservation and the itineraris.
What is your refund policy?
Safaris paid in advance have 100% refund eligibility, if not less than a day to the planned date of the safari. Other safaris have a refund eligibility of 100% if not delivered. If the safari has been executed, the refund eligibility is zero.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 3 days before the tour are refundable. Late cancellations may incur charges, or be non-refundable.
Can I make amendments or changes to my reserved safari?
Yes, changes to your booking must be requested at least 5 days in advance. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries in case of unforeseen events (e.g., weather, park closures).

We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during the safari due to third parties or force majeure.
