SAFARI SCHEDULE

FROM NAIROBI TO AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK

Your driver will pick you up from your hotel or residence after breakfast and take you to Amboseli National Park. Upon arrival, check into your hotel or camp, enjoy lunch, and rest briefly. Later, you’ll embark on a nighttime game drive with views of Mount Kilimanjaro to spot wildlife like zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and hippos. Return to the hotel or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY

Embark on a comprehensive full-day game drive, commencing after breakfast at your hotel or camp, complete with picnic lunch provisions. Given that apex predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards often hunt during the tranquil periods of dawn and dusk, morning game drives offer an optimal opportunity for wildlife observation. As the day unfolds, any initial fatigue is sure to be replaced by heightened anticipation. Contingent upon favorable weather conditions, you will have the chance to witness the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Following an exploration to locate all five of the “Big Five” within the park, you will return in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel or camp.

FROM AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK TO NAIROBI

Following breakfast, guests will depart the hotel for a morning game drive, providing an excellent opportunity to observe predators, including lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which are most active during the cooler hours of dawn and dusk. As the day unfolds, anticipation will build. Should weather conditions permit, visitors will have the chance to view the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. To enhance the journey, we highly recommend experiencing the local community near the park through an optional cultural tour, incurring an additional cost of 20 USD per person. This immersive experience allows interaction with the Maasai people, offering insights into their traditional nomadic lifestyle and local arts and crafts, among other activities. A Maasai guide will lead you through their villages, highlighting key points of interest such as circumcision practices, visits to mothers’ homes, interactions with healers, fire-making techniques using friction, and exploration of the Maasai market, where you can purchase local crafts. Subsequently, you will be driven to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon. Your guide will then transport you to your desired location within Nairobi.
